Our client tracking systems are designed to help to you informed and your medical devices compliant.
Biomedical Services NZ use two tracking systems to ensure jobs and repairs are managed carefully, economically and in a timely manner all with the aim of keeping our clients medical devices well maintained and in compliance with the required Standards. These two systems, "Tektrak" for equipment management and "Jobtrak" for repairs management, give our customers an advantage within their industries. With online access to personal login areas you will stay informed and feel safe in the knowledge that your equipment is meeting New Zealand standards and regulations.
Tektrak Systems Equipment Management System Our equipment scheduling and asset management system “Tektrak” is used to maintain the database of medical devices. The system is also used to schedule equipment testing workloads and to gauge compliance statistics.
Online internet access to the Tektrak system is provided to appropriate staff. This provides a powerful tool for you to ascertain equipment information status, including compliance levels, and, assists asset management analysis.
System options include:
- searching equipment,
- creating schedules of equipment due for testing,
- searching servicing records, preventative maintenance and repairs history,
- viewing current compliance statistics,
- sending messages,
- creating variable equipment reports of choice, and exception reports.

Jobtrak Repairs Management System All repairs are undertaken cin a competent manner in order to minimise down time, clinical risk and financial exposure.
Our repairs management and monitoring system “Jobtrak” is used to record all repairs. The system provides key information on repairs status and history and allows repairs productivity to be measured and reported. Online client access to the system is provided to assist repairs management and information requirements.
Jobtrak search capabilities and functions include:
- listing all jobs,
- listing overdue jobs,
- searching jobs,
- searching history,
- searching equipment,
- creating variable equipment reports of choice.
Our systems are under constant revision and modification to fit our clients’ requirements and to maximise compatibility with new technology. This is just a brief description of what our systems are capable of, and as they have been developed by us, they can be easily adapted to your requirements.
